To place things in the proper position, or to move them to a better place, or to give them a better environment in a dream means commandingwhat is good and forbidding what is evil.
To downgrade things by placing them in an unfitting environment in a dream means the opposite, or it could mean bartering good for evil, or unjustly depreciating and devaluating an object.
